This was a fantastic hotel with a central location close to everything you could want. Btw, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Lower Gardens.

The property was fabulous and quiet and we had a really nice stay. The staff was amiable and attentive, offered to visit some nice places. The location was amazing and magnificent, to everything would visit again, and the room was well-kept. They offered us delightful meals, had a wide array of options to choose from.
There was no breakfast which we expected.

It's a quiet and ideal hotel altogether, the service is excellent. The breakfast is perfect, and the location is perfect not far from Oakleigh House, and the tram and the tower. Make sure you stay in the single room with access to fridge for all. The staff are attentive, they keep the place impeccably clean.
